A: Courses are created through an easy-to-use interface that allows you to set up course "chapters" or directories that can house each assignment by topic. You create the course material, and the system organizes, presents it and reminds people to access it as you choose.

Q: How do I create course material?

A: You can easily create PowerPoint® Presentations with Voice-over, and flash-based interactive courses designed to "engage" your employees using PowerPoint.
 

Q: What is the definition of "automated engagement"?

A: Productive training and development occurs when employees are engaged, meaning that both management and employee are "connected" and motivated to achieve results. Q: Do I need to know how to program a computer to use the software? What special knowledge do I need to run the system?

A: No and None. The user interface is extremely intuitive and was built with a training assistant in mind. Depending on the package you purchase, you are given one on one training and easy to follow system manuals.

Q: Do I need to download any software to use the system?

A: Only if you choose to create "rich media" PowerPoint with Voice-over presentations. The software is very easy to use and works with PowerPoint. The benefit is that you can create, engaging presentations that you can track later. If you elect not to author PowerPoint Voice-over courses, then all you need is an Internet connection and an Internet Browser.

Q: How long does it take to set up a full course with exams, surveys and content for 25 employees?

A: While we are creating your website for you, you have access to begin entering your exams, uploading your course material and adding users. The entire process is amazingly quick.

Q: Does OmniTrackPlus feature it's own content?

A: No. You supply the content, we supply the best way to administer, test, track and develop your employees accordingly.
