For ease of use and administration, we offer three levels of user access: Administrator, Manager, and Employee. OTP follows a "multi-level" hierarchy model. As the administrator, you determine who sees what content and which tools are available to your team and employees through a simple, but very secure ID verification process. You create users, you create Id's and you control what each will see throughout the training process.
In addition, as an administrator, all content building functions are yours to control or delegate as you see fit. Managers and employees will only see their specific courses. If your company has divisions across the country, each division and its employees can be set up as individual 'groups' and all of their course information could be viewed specific to their ID "tree."

Answer: No and None. The user interface is extremely intuitive and was built with a training assistant in mind. Depending on the package you purchase, you are given one on one training and easy to follow system manuals.

Answer: Only if you choose to create "rich media" PowerPoint with Voice-over presentations. The software is very easy to use and works with PowerPoint. The benefit is that you can create, engaging presentations that you can track later. If you elect not to author PowerPoint Voice-over courses, then all you need is an Internet connection and an Internet Browser
